Bangladesh has been modernizing its armed forces by maintaining a balanced approach and subsequently Bangladesh launched a mega project in 2009, dubbed Forces Goal 2030, with the goal of modernizing its military forces by 2030.

The Gem International is a proprietorship firm. It was registered in 2017. Type of business was authorized as Export, Import, Indenting and Supply. Initially it started with the construction work. As a part of the business diversification, it took interest in the defence supply in 2018.
